Trisha & Chris’s Wedding

CHARCOAL EVENTS was contacted by Trisha and her fiancé Chris to help take their wedding planning details to the finish line. I know Trisha, as we used to work together. I knew Trisha before Chris…when she met Chris…and when she was with Chris. I can recall a time where I told Trisha that her and Chris would one day get married. So I was super stoked when she contacted me to help them out!!!

Trisha and Chris were both super organized from the get go. They had most of the details ironed out but needed a bit of help putting it all together and letting someone else run the day so that they could enjoy their super intimate and special wedding.

They have a very strong sense of self as a couple and a shared love of a great party. There were so many little details that spoke to both Trisha and Chris individually and as a new couple who was establishing their lives together. The venue was very much a part of Chris and his family’s history, which helped with the very laidback casual and celebratory feel of this wedding. The styling and details were very much a part of Trisha and her background along with some very personal and special family traditions.

The day of the wedding was a quick ceremony at City Hall (which I highly recommend), followed by some photos in surrounding areas. While this was happening, guests were arriving at the venue … enjoying a glass of something special and ridiculously delish hors d’oeuvres. The happy couple arrived and the reception kicked off! There was so much love floating in the outdoor tents as guests ate, drank and danced into the very early morning hours.

Trisha & Chris, thank you for having CHARCOAL EVENTS a part of your special day!
